At Healaby™ your satisfaction is very important to us. We want every order to feel smooth, clear, and worth it, and we always aim to handle returns, refunds, and support in a fair and helpful way.

 

Physical Products

Healaby™ offers a 100-day return policy for eligible physical products.

This means you have 100 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, even if the product has already been used.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, does not work as expected, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@healaby.com so we can review the issue and help make it right.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact Healaby™ at info@healaby.com with your order number, the reason for your return request, and a short explanation of what did not meet your expectations.

Because we believe in the quality of our products, have received excellent customer feedback, and care deeply about every customer’s satisfaction, we may ask for additional details before approving a return request related to product performance. If your request is related to a product not working as expected, please include short videos showing the product, how you used it on each day from the date it was received until the day of the return request, and what you feel did not work as expected.

After reviewing the information and communicating with you, if your return request is approved, Healaby™ will send you the correct return address and clear return instructions.

Once the product has been returned to the address provided by Healaby™ and received by our team, your refund will be issued to your original payment method as promised, without unnecessary stress, complications, or additional questions.

Healaby™ will provide the return address and details based on the warehouse location closest to you whenever possible.

Returns or refunds are not available for product features, specifications, or characteristics that were clearly communicated before purchase. By completing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the product information presented on the product page, including relevant details such as materials, dimensions, functionality, and other listed specifications.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without contacting Healaby™ first may not be accepted.

 

Refunds for Physical Products

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, Healaby™ will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method without unnecessary stress or complications. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take several business days to process the refund.

Our goal is to make approved refunds simple, fair, and helpful.


Digital Guides and Downloads

Because digital guides and downloadable products from Healaby™ are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final.

However, your satisfaction still matters greatly to us. If you experience any issue with your purchase, such as receiving the wrong file, having trouble accessing your guide, or feeling that something is not right, please contact Healaby™ at info@healaby.com.

We encourage you to explain the issue clearly, and every case will be reviewed carefully. In some situations, Healaby™ may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund where it is considered fair and reasonable to do so.
